Refunds Policy

Easybinhire.com.au aims to ensure that all customers are satisfied with the services of their suppliers. If there is an issue with your booking, please contact us to discuss.

 

Full Refunds

  1. Easy Bin Hire will provide a  refund of fees paid (less any booking fees + admin fee of $25) if:
    1. The customer cancels their booking no less than 3 days prior to the hire delivery date
    2. If any ordered services not provided due to failure of the Supplier;
    3. If any services provided being substantially different to the services requested, provided that you notify us within 5 days of the delivery date and subject to confirmation from the Supplier.

  2. Full refunds only cover non delivery of services, preferred delivery times are not included.
  3. If the Supplier reschedules delivery or collection of the bin in consultation with the customer, refunds are null and void.
  4. Refunds  will be processed to the original booking credit card only. Refunds will be made within three (3) business days from the date of cancellation.

 

Partial Refunds

  1. Customers will be entitled to a partial refund, when the order is cancelled by the customer no less than 2 business days prior to the delivery date
    1. A cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total booking fee will be deducted from the total refund, along with the booking fee and $25 admin fee;
    2. Refunds  will be processed to the original booking credit card only. Refunds will be made within three (3) business days from the date of cancellation.

 

  1. Customers will be entitled to a partial refund, when the order is cancelled by the customer after 2 business days, but prior to onsite delivery.
    1. A cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking fee will be deducted from the total refund, along with the booking fee and $25 admin fee;
    2. Refunds  will be processed to the original booking credit card only. Refunds will be made within three (3) business days from the date of cancellation.

 

  1. Customers will be entitled to a partial refund, when the order is cancelled by the customer at the time of delivery to the delivery address.
    1. A cancellation fee equivalent up to 50% of the total booking fee ( as set by the Supplier)will be deducted from the total refund, along with the booking fee and $25 admin fee;
    2. Refunds  will be processed to the original booking credit card only. Refunds will be made within three (3) business days from the date of cancellation.

 

Non- refundable:

The booking fee charged is non refundable in any circumstance.
