Full Refunds
- Easy Bin Hire will provide a refund of fees paid (less any booking fees + admin fee of $25) if:
- The customer cancels their booking no less than 3 days prior to the hire delivery date
- If any ordered services not provided due to failure of the Supplier;
- If any services provided being substantially different to the services requested, provided that you notify us within 5 days of the delivery date and subject to confirmation from the Supplier.

- Full refunds only cover non delivery of services, preferred delivery times are not included.
- If the Supplier reschedules delivery or collection of the bin in consultation with the customer, refunds are null and void.
- Refunds will be processed to the original booking credit card only. Refunds will be made within three (3) business days from the date of cancellation.
Partial Refunds
- Customers will be entitled to a partial refund, when the order is cancelled by the customer no less than 2 business days prior to the delivery date
- A cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total booking fee will be deducted from the total refund, along with the booking fee and $25 admin fee;
- Refunds will be processed to the original booking credit card only. Refunds will be made within three (3) business days from the date of cancellation.
- Customers will be entitled to a partial refund, when the order is cancelled by the customer after 2 business days, but prior to onsite delivery.
- A cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total booking fee will be deducted from the total refund, along with the booking fee and $25 admin fee;
- Refunds will be processed to the original booking credit card only. Refunds will be made within three (3) business days from the date of cancellation.
- Customers will be entitled to a partial refund, when the order is cancelled by the customer at the time of delivery to the delivery address.
- A cancellation fee equivalent up to 50% of the total booking fee ( as set by the Supplier)will be deducted from the total refund, along with the booking fee and $25 admin fee;
- Refunds will be processed to the original booking credit card only. Refunds will be made within three (3) business days from the date of cancellation.
Non- refundable:
The booking fee charged is non refundable in any circumstance.
